We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms.ThinkMarkets is seeking a Payments Analyst to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Head of Merchant Services and Payments, you will be responsible for processing client funding and providing resolutions to our global teams with all client deposit and withdrawal queries. Setting high standards, the level and quality of support provided sets the ThinkMarkets brand apart from competitors. The ideal candidate will have a service-centric mindset, be process-driven, with strong operational and time management skills.Responsibilities:

  • Process withdrawals and deposits.
  • Assist in financial transactions of customer deposits and withdrawals.
  • Assist PSPs by providing sufficient information (transaction details, error messages, screenshots captured by customers) to carry out investigation on their side.
  • Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases.
  • Work closely with team members to share information and knowledge to ensure an excellent level of processing for our clients across all channels
  • Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to management.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs set by management.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management and contribute to Group initiatives.
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines, procedures, and training plans.
  • Manage escalations to senior managers as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year Payment Analyst experience within the financial or Forex sector (preferred)
  • Degree qualified in either Finance or Accounting.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft office proficient especially excel.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Team player approach.
  • Working knowledge of PSP back offices and banking (preferred)
  • Weekend and shift cover will be required for this role.
  • A high-level attention to detail is required.
  • You must be highly reliable and self-motivated.
