About Us:At Pastry Boutique, we believe in creating unforgettable dining experiences with delicious and beautifully crafted desserts. We?re seeking a passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and elevate our dessert offerings.Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop innovative dessert recipes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
  • Train and manage pastry staff, ensuring high standards.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all pastries are prepared and presented to our standards.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to design seasonal menus.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for desserts.
