Job Description

  • Assist the Pastry Chef for the preparation in the assigned section
  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
  • Fill in for the Pastry Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
  • Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of pastry and bakery section
