  • Creation, decoration, and presentation of wide variety of cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, breads etc.
  • Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc.
  • Ensuring presentation will be beautiful, precise and as per standards set
  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
  • Oversee a team of junior pastry cooks and other staff members as necessary
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients
?Requirements:
  • 40 years old and below
  • Diploma in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years? experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant in the UAE
  • Well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations
  • Must be willing to work at City Walk
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
