Job Description

  • Understanding, preparation and execution of various baking methods for pastries, cakes and breads,
  • Responsible for ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering, central or cloud kitchen production for pastry section
  • Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
  • Prepare professional standard recipe
  • Produce high quality dish both design and taste wise
  • Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
