  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen
  • Create and prepare desserts, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and stored, and that waste is minimized
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques and incorporate them into their work as appropriate
  • Train pastry kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that all team members are working effectively
