Job Description

  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
  • Develop a variety of bakery items by following modern recipes and traditional cooking techniques, as per the customer demands and requests.
  • Understanding the customer requirements and demands, and preparing dishes accordingly to expand the existing menu.
  • Create new decorations for bakery items like cakes and pastries to make the dishes beautiful, and add more variety to the menu.
