Partnerships Lead - Marketing* Dubai, United Arab Emirates * Full Time * Marketing Department * Mid Level * Identifying key partners and influencers who are aligned from a brand perspective and able to reach our key retail investor audiences. * Outreach to potential partners, build relationships and agree on commercial models that are aligned with Lightyears growth objectives. * Maintain and build these relationships over time in order to drive impact. * Be creative and demonstrate an ability to create engaging partner campaigns that generate cut-through and buzz. * Create / manage the creation of content that will work across our various partnership channels. * Be analytical, dive into the data to drive your decision making and optimise your strategy .Raseed brings down barriers to creating wealth by making investing easy, simple, and affordable for our users in Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia while safeguarding our users by streamlining the investment product offering. Youll be chatting to partners, influencers and customers on a daily basis. * Strong storytelling skills. Youre able to create a compelling narrative when talking to prospective partners. * An interest in all - but deep experience in at least one - of the following areas: influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, content, social media and community. * An understanding of the investment world is great, but its not required. Youll be talking to people who might not have invested before, so youll take the jargon and explain it in a concise way. As long as youre keen to learn, thats all we need.
