  • Be the point person across contract reviews
  • Draft and administer all contracts
  • Drafting, preparing and proofreading legal documents
  • Where needed create company policies and position on legal issues
  • Research, anticipate and protect the company against legal risks
  • Carrying out legal research
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as filing
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Paralegal Requirements:
  • Certification or associate?s degree in paralegal studies (bachelor?s degree is preferred)
  • A minimum experience of two years in a paralegal role
  • Investigative mind and strong research skills
  • Experience in preparing legal reports
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
  • Arabic is a plus
