- Candidate should be Diploma holder in paint technology.- Should have 1-2 years experience in coil coating line.- Only those who have experience in coil coating industry need apply.- Online paint defect analysis and correction.- Color matching with the help of Spectrophotometer- Should have knowledge of Polyester, Polyamide, Polyurethane and PVDF paints.- Paint formulation, color matching and tinting of light and dark colored paint as per requirement.- Preparation of paint testing reports.- Knowledge of coating defects and on remedial measures and online tinting.- Finish products inspection.- Basic knowledge of paint line operation and control.
