Proficient Computer Skills especially MS excel , Word .ResponsibilitiesResponsibility of Packing Supervisor includes but not limited to:ú To promote the good quality products.ú Manage all work according to packing schedule and maintain an inventory of Materials and completion of all projects with required timeframe.ú Assist and implement the Good Manufacturing facilities.ú To train and direct laborers in their various jobs, in a way which will promote safety, quality, and productivity.ú To prepare daily packing, with daily and monthly consumptionú Maintain operations date, such as time, production and prepare management report of packing resultsú Prepare the packing schedule and maintain the finished goods safety stockú To maintain the packing SOP , documentation and record keepingú Start adjust packing scale and machinery if required.ú Stop the packaging if any non-compliance occurs or any deviation occurs. or maintenance issue has occurred.ú Hold product if any deviation has found and not release till the QC instructionú Recommend disciplinary actions to any of his reporting staff in-case of any crucial mistake and maintain appropriate records for evidence? Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff. Counsels subordinates or take remedial actions to correct deficiencies.Other Duties? Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.?
