Is able to work under different climatic conditions and is fit and strong to perform the job Responsibilities ? To wear the safety PPE and follow HSE rules is mandatory. The violation of HSE rules can cause hard consequences.? All of the company rules and internal policies must be followed.? All of the activities must be made according to ISO9001 requirements.? To have a very good knowledge of packing equipment and be able to control machine panel.? To print all necessary barcodes and stick them in the bundles? To package (if necessary) in 3 automated packing lines in proper way as required and recommended by the Shift Supervisor in order to achieve the required packaging quality and quantity as planned by the management.? To package (if necessary) in 3 manual packing lines in proper way as required and recommended by the Shift Supervisor in order to achieve the required packaging quality and quantity as planned by the management.? To perform visual Quality Control and reject defected profiles in separate skip which is located in each packing machine, in order to resend it back to the cast house department. ? To assist (if necessary) the packing line assistants to all modifications and set ups in foil machine so that protective film can be put in aluminium profiles. ? To take care about the line miscellaneous and consumable items located in the packing area such as packing materials, plastic or metal strips e.t.c.? To be able to make all necessary set ups in the packing machine according to geometry of packed profiles.? To load or unload (if necessary) the packing materials to the machine. Qualifications ? Experience in factories environment.? Experience in driving fork lift is an advantage
