  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including efficient handling of communication (emails & calls), reporting, as well as preparation of other required documents as required.
  • Manage the CEOs calendar schedule, appointments, and internal coordination of assigned tasks.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight and hotel bookings, and annual travel insurance updates.
  • Responsible for procurement and financial management, budget adherence, and petty cash management, and general HR tasks.
  • Handle various government-related tasks, trade license processing, coordinate with relevant entities, and manage utilities, bills, renewals, and modifications.
