? The Owners Association Manager overall is responsible for management of the Owners? Associations (OA) in compliance with the applicable Law to manage and operate a Jointly Owned Property. ? Provide support to home owners and manage inquiries and issues related to facilities and building maintenance, attend general assembly meetings, ensure all community rules and regulations are adhered to.? Serve notices and manage legal and regulatory issues, prepare management reports, assist in the preparation of operating and capital expenditure budgets and costs, ensure service charge invoices are issued to owners.? Manage relations and chair meetings with Owner Association Board members, owners, service providers, facilities management and vendors to ensure all services are fully functional.? Issue notices, agendas, minutes and other correspondence as required.? Ensure that the minutes of the meeting are typed and adhere to group policy and procedure.? Approve (and proof read) the final copy of the minutes before they are distributed to the owners.
