  • Identify and explore new market opportunities in international regions, develop strategic sales plans, and lead efforts to expand the company?s presence by managing distributor and retailer relationships.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in overseas markets, ensuring the efficient distribution, timely delivery, and quality control of FMCG products, while addressing any logistical challenges.
  • Lead and motivate local teams, ensuring they meet sales targets and operational objectives. Provide training and development opportunities, fostering high performance and aligning team goals with corporate strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement pricing strategies. Provide regular reports to senior management on market performance, including sales achievements, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
