Building a recruitment team focused on recruiting employees from Asia2. Establishing cooperation with external partners and recruitment agencies3. Responsibility for the legalization process necessary for candidates to obtain visas4. Ensuring high-quality selection of candidates5. Preparing qualitative information about job offers and living conditions in Poland and providing it to recruitment partners and candidates6. Cooperation with consulates and visa centers7. Implementation of agreed recruitment goals
