We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesperson to join our team. As an Outdoor Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cosmetics products to salons and beauty professionals in outdoor settings. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with salon owners and professionals, generate sales leads, and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities:- Identify and target salons and beauty professionals in outdoor locations such as trade shows, events, and local business districts.- Present and demonstrate our cosmetics products to salon owners and beauty professionals.- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and application techniques of our products.- Actively approach and engage with potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.- Understand and analyze the needs of salon owners and professionals, providing personalized product recommendations and solutions.- Maintain a strong knowledge of our cosmetics product line, including new launches and promotions.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with salon owners and professionals to foster loyalty and repeat business.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate product orders, deliveries, and follow-up activities.
