Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales and Customer Engagement:

Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of cosmetics products to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Territory Management:

Manage and optimize a sales territory, ensuring maximum coverage and exposure for the companys products.
Schedule and conduct regular visits to retail stores, salons, spas, and other relevant locations.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
Monitor competitors and market trends to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Driving and Travel:

Travel to various locations within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients.
Ensure timely delivery of products and samples to clients as required.
