Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and other online platforms, to reach the target audience.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Upsell additional services and products to existing clients to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  1. Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
