The intern will assist with data entry, job description unification, and other Organizationalal development tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in HR analytics, Organizationalal structures, and job frameworks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data entry and Organizational for Organizational development-related records and job descriptions.
  • Support the unification and standardization of job descriptions across different functions.
  • Work with the team to ensure accuracy and consistency in job-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and Organizational Development teams to support the development of job frameworks.
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining Organizationalal structures within HR systems.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Organizational Development team as needed.
