Our client:˙A renowned Food & Beverages Company across the region is looking for an Organization Development Manager. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance to drive organizational growth and development.Your role:˙Design and develop comprehensive learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. Assess training needs through gap analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training priorities. Develop and deliver training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and coaching. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts or external vendors to create or source training content. Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the effectiveness of programs. Develop and implement performance management strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational objectives. Design and establish performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, performance feedback, and performance improvement plans. Train managers and employees in performance management processes and provide ongoing support and guidance. Monitor and evaluate the performance management system to ensure fairness, accuracy, and consistency. Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters. Conduct performance-related training sessions or workshops to enhance performance management skills.
