Job PurposeSupport cross functional Organisational Effectiveness projects and continually improve employee engagement, performance optimisation and diversity of our workforce through collaboration with other HR units.Job Outline:- Work with Organisational Effectiveness (OE) leads to support activities that create a centred approach to culture and behavioural change across the Emirates Group.- Work with OE leads to support the implementation of ongoing activities to integrate high performance work, team culture and behavioural change across the Emirates Group.- Support OE leads in performing optimisation activities across the group and gather findings and insights which help in adjusting the performance model and system.- Support the implementation and execution of employee engagement solutions that reflect business realities and drive accountability around action plans.- Engage and work with OE leads and HRBP to support employee engagement activities and initiatives that improve employee engagement levels.- Support with providing insights on diversity and inclusion levels across the group and provide expertise on improving those metrics.- Use available insights from OE to inform on people related decisions and provide behavioural expertise to the HRBP community.- Build strong relationships and networks across the wider HR community to ensure seamless, quality-led services to the business.Qualifications & ExperienceHuman Resources.Training : 5+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Degree in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalentKnowledge/skills:- Experience in culture change and employee engagement- Experience in performance management and optimisation- Strong People analytical capability and behavioural science would be advantageLeadership Role : NOSalary & BenefitsJoin us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotels stays around the world.
