Enter sales orders in ERP and ensure that order details in system matches customer?s requirements as indicated in customer order form.
Provide order and shipment confirmation to Customers and ensure that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each delivery.
Generates picking list and outbound reports, and submit invoices, delivery documents, instructions, and shipping release to delivery team for shipments.
Coordinate with other teams/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively with Planning and Logistics on customer?s delivery date pull in requests.
Proactively and promptly update the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.
Generate and analyses pending orders and participates in Pending review meetings to provide feedback on risks to meet the period?s shipment commitment.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Consider improvements and modifications around data analysis and lead the implementation of improvement
