Roles & Responsibilities: Closely monitor the accuracy of Sales order creation in the internal ERP system; ensure authenticity of transaction to maintain reliability in financial reporting. Responsible for managing the order fulfillment and commit to process the orders to customers with the most accurate dates throughout the sales order cycle Handle the Customer service, initiate and process online orders and maintain regular follow ups of the placed orders and streamline systematic deliveries/installation by keeping a personal connect with the Customers. Needs to handle the Customer complaints swiftly by taking timely decisions, providing solutions, alternate options in case of any service related issues. Supervise the cash/bill machine and ensure that the team member scans the barcodes properly and ensure proper receipts are issued to the customers and copies kept for company records. Proactively manage the customer sales orders to meet delivery dates and provide proactive communication to customers Ensure that the customers fill appropriate forms as per standards of the Company and update the customer database regularly. Liaise with internal teams such as warehouse, JK Stores to check availability of the stocks. Thorough knowledge of Magento Non-Technical Competencies: Planning and Prioritization Proactive behavior and excellent in handling complaints Meticulous in handling float cash and receipts Positive attitude and attentive to details Inter-personal relations Good and clear communication skills Good in English ? both written and verbal Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 ?
