Job Description

FREELANCE OPPORTUNITY!Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in the areas of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Saas & PaaS, HCM core, Payroll, Fast Formula, Benefits, Absence Management, Approval Hierarchy, Time and Labor, Talent Management, OTBI and HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, PBL, Security and Scheduler.
  • Participate in all phases of the Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation cycle. Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, System Design & Development, Testing (validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all configurations), troubleshooting, training and providing Post Go live Support.
  • Assist HR team in mapping and redesigning business processes to implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
  • Be proactive on known issues and challenges that may be encountered in the design and implementation of solutions.
  • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle Fusion HCM and build extensions to address them.
  • Responsible for developing, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Responsible for configuring and providing support for Mobile app.
  • Validate configuration and data for Oracle Fusion HCM configurations/setups and provide support.
  • Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and support
  • Develop and document process maps, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Manage the integration between Oracle HCM and other programs.
