Job Description

A growing Delivery Company is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, maximizing cost efficiency, and ensuring that all KPIs are met or exceeded. You will be a critical part of our team, working closely with other members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and products. Must be able to manage a team of drivers.Duties:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure that all processes are running smoothly
  • Monitor fleet management and optimize routes to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and products
  • Communicate and execute company expectations to team members
  • Monitor daily KPIs and take corrective action as necessary
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to improve profitability
  • Plan and organize daily routes and attendance in coordination with other departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in logistics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in logistics or e-commerce
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi
