Operations Team LeaderTo lead the operation to achieve efficient service delivery while ensuring a safe, timely, and cost-effective operations.

Recommends improvements to operations standards and procedures and ensures the implementation of these procedures and controls.
Identifies and manages problem areas within the operations, forward planning, deploying resources and information as required to meet service delivery targets, whilst ensuring that safety, security, and costs are maintained at acceptable levels.
Coordinates resources on a shift basis to ensure that goods are delivered to customers in collaboration with the Operations teams.
Supervises the activities and work of direct reports by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that work with is carried out efficiently in line with the individuals targets.
Ensures that team follows the Abu Dhabi customs regulations.
Advises and provides expertise on the day of operations to ensure smooth flow of operations and transfer of knowledge to the staff involved.
Builds and maintains relationship with operational team, managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensures that team briefings are conducted regularly while intervening when there is safety risk exposure, role model, safe behaviours, and follows up on corrective actions. Ensures the creation of an action plan to prevent repetition of errors.
Builds and maintains relationships with internal / external stakeholders.
Accurately reports on KPIs as defined by internal / external stakeholders.
