Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Documentation Executive to join our clearing and forwarding company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import/export documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between our operations team and customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all shipping and customs documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
  • Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates, inquiries, and service issues
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and customs for timely clearance
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, client files, and correspondence
  • Respond to client calls/emails professionally and promptly
  • Support the operations team with any documentation or follow-up tasks as needed
