- Responsible for the imports: BL/AWB follow up, contact with shipping companies, and arrange clearance and transport of goods to the warehouse- Dubai Municipality coordinator: preparation of FIRS, DIP, FITR and follow-up the release of shipments.- Responsible for the delivery done, track of invoices.- Responsible for vehicle-related matters like insurance, renewal, Salik, services, etc.- In charge of HACCP forms, paperwork related to the operation.- Work extra/overtime hours if necessary according to the operation load.- Report any inconvenience presented in the daily operation to the management.- Experience handling ISO certifications is a plus.- Should be a holder of valid driving license and have a car.Application Deadline: 25/08/2021Expected Start Date: 01/09/2021- Should hold an updated vaccination certificate
