Job Description

  • Data analytics - able to build datasets/dashboards and compile data reconciliation to identify gaps to grow the business, including weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Monitor daily trading operational activities and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues
  • Partner with internal partners (Corporate Treasury, Compliance, Sales/Trading, Technology, Data Teams) to ensure and build the operational processes that enable business growth in an efficient manner
  • Structured risk management approach to enhance governance and structure of daily operations
  • Assess business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation ideas
  • Build datasets/ dashboards for weekly and monthly reporting of critical business metrics
  • Performing data deep dives and data reconciliation to identify gaps to grow the business
    • Requirements:
  • At least 2 of experience in a FX / Investment banking / Capital markets/Crypto Exchange / Web 3 business ,
  • Corporate experience & entrepreneurial mentality and ownership mindset
  • Strong understanding of exchange operations and/or crypto trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data)
  • Able to write SQl/Python
  • Effective communicator
  • Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions. Outside the box thinking/self starter
  • Resilient and persistent
  • Strong Excel skills
