Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Operations officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating flight support services and ensuring seamless ground handling operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and previous experience in aviation services company in UAE.Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive client emails and answer them promptly in a professional manner according to the company SOP.
  • Facilitate and accurately record client requests in the company system, ensuring no missing or mistyped information.
  • Coordinate internally with the commercial team for suppliers to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Submit ground handling and permit applications.
  • Monitor ongoing services by following up and maintaining communication with vendors.
  • Deliver requested services to the client in an appropriate and professional way in accordance with the current company regulations and procedures.
  • Makes sure that all requested services have been submitted to the vendors and delivered to clients in promptly manners and free of errors.
  • Operations Officers will be dealing with CAA?s, suppliers and clients in a very polite and professional way via various correspondences and communication methods, online applications, emails, calls, faxes, SITA and AFTN.
