Operations is responsible for handling all operational activities for ruya bank. The unit handles operational activities that support the entire customer lifecycle, including but not limited to account onboarding, payments, card and chequebook delivery, card operations, reconciliation, and finance operations.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿSupport on processing and review activities, including but not limited to reviewing account opening documents, performing account maintenance activities, processing payment requests, monitoring card delivery trends.úÿÿÿÿÿÿManaging adhoc customer escalations as and when it comes from senior management.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAdhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the requiredÿstandard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.úÿÿÿÿÿÿManaging payments related activities using FTS and other core systems.úÿÿÿÿÿÿSimultaneously manage multiple operational responsibilities while exercising a strong ability to multitask.Rectify any process gaps fix through collaboration with colleagues from other functions
