? Accountable for overall annual business plan execution and achievement of the same by aligning the available resources in the best.? Set sales target to maximize the sales and profitability.? Ensure all store reporting processes are adhered to with respect to Financials, Calendars, SWOT & Succession Planning; Ensure reports are submitted on time to keep the entire area operations in single control string? Monitoring P&L to minimize food cost & variables and maximizing profit.? Work closely with cross functions like Marketing, Projects, Supply Chain.? Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.? Interpret and make decision on operations standards based on store and client?s needs ? Encourage managers to identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement.? Set KPI?s for direct reportees and conduct performance appraisal and feedback? Succession planning through the identification of individuals with potential for development and growth.? Conduct regional sales and operations meetings on regular basis? Weekly meeting with GM and Sr. Management to discuss business plan V/s Achievements and improvement areas? Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.? Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns? Involve in the design and layout process of the new store projects ? Ensure enhanced brand visibility and provide inputs for marketing and brand awareness
