Today, our company has 10 cafes, 2 central kitchens and 2 roasteries in 2 countries.We plan to become the most recognizable coffee brand in Dubai, and we are looking for a person for the position of Operations Manager who is ready to achieve this goal together with our young team of enthusiasts.Your work responsibilities: Organization of effective operations of the company. Control of all structural subdivisions of the chain, internal audit of existing subdivisions. Implementation of strategic and tactical growth plans, optimization of business processes, cost management. Management of the main financial indicators of restaurants. Regular KPI tracking. Optimization of business processes (if necessary). Control of the network standards execution. Building the networks marketing policy together with the marketing team. Hospitality market analysis, strategic planning and execution. Quarterly/Annual budget proposal and control of achievement. Development of motivation system for staff. Training and certification system development and implementation for employees of all divisions. Effective solving of administrative, economic and organizational tasks.
