You+Baby Studio, the leading family photography studio in MENA, is looking for an Operations Manager to keep our studio running smoothly every day. We need someone who?s proactive, thrives in a busy environment, and understands what it takes to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, especially families with children.What You?ll Do:

  • Keep Operations Flowing: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from cleanliness to inventory, ensuring everything?s in place for a seamless studio experience.
  • Lead Client Experience: Bring your hospitality know-how to create a warm, family-friendly environment that keeps clients coming back.
  • Drive Results: Lead the team in hitting sales targets and meeting operational goals, setting a high standard for both service and performance.
  • Develop the Team: Train, motivate, and support our team, fostering an environment where everyone can excel.
  • Provide Insights: Use operational data to identify areas for improvement and help shape our strategy for growth.
