We are looking for a responsible, driven, data oriented and experiencedOperations Manager to oversee and enhance our logistics operations. This role is pivotal inensuring operational efficiency, team leadership, and adherence to quality and safetystandards.Key Responsibilities:? Direct, manage and oversee daily logistics and operational activities.? Develop and execute strategic operational plans and procedures.? Monitor fleet management and optimize routes to maximize efficiency.? Communicate and execute company expectations & values to team members.? Monitor daily KPI?s and take corrective action as necessary.? Conduct operational audits regularly.? Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to streamline processes.?
