Our client in Dubai is looking for an Operation Manager?As a manager, your role involves overseeing the provision of services. Its an operations managers job to make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.The Operations Manager plays a critical role in the acquisition and development of services and partnerships across the Middle East.What You?ll Do

  • Build and lead engagement and retention strategy across the branches.
  • Recruit, coach and inspire a team of account managers who will build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with partners across the Middle East
  • Work hand-in-hand with our key partners to drive growth and efficiency by drawing on all available data, insights, and tools to help them take their businesses to the next level
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and give business reviews to senior management.
  • Skillfully manage multiple projects while embracing the fast pace of our company
  • Preferred who has experience in the transport industry
?What You?ll Need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role.
  • An excellent network of senior relationships with leaders across the region?s leading
  • Companies and government entities and an ability to leverage them to create shared-value.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Ability to work efficiently and influence others, as well as a capacity to coach, develop and inspire a team
  • Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment
