Responsible for overall vision, direction and performance of activities and technical elements of the facility to deliver an excellent customer experience????????? Directly, and through subordinates, manage the operations and maintenance of the facility including setting standards for acceptable levels and methods of operations; conducting inspections of areas and recommending and implementing improvements????????? Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together to positively and efficiently achieve business goals for the whole facility????????? Take full responsibility of planning and execution of party bookings????????? Partner with HR to Interview and select candidates for employment, develop training programs for all positions to ensure that standards are understood and practiced????????? Monitor team performance with regards to achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI)????????? Coach and motivate staff to provide the best possible customer experience, to maximize sales opportunities and to ensure targets are achieved????????? Partner with contractors for installations, repair & other activities????????? Monitor supplies and inventory for the facility????????? Supervise the everyday closing of sales and provide regular reports to GM.????????? Be updated of developments in the industry, both internal and external, such as changes in legislation????????? Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations, identify safety concerns and implement preventive measures????????? Responsible & accountable for all actions and outcomes regarding the operations of the facility as the buck stops here??
