Job Responsibilities

Manage and lead the operations to ensure timely & accurate delivery of projects/products secured by the sales teams, planning and scheduling site deployment of activation/deactivation of meters and provide technical leadership to the team. This will include direct communication with clients.
Support sales teams in delivering the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Support in Pre-sales efforts which includes compliance list preparation, product selection, and collaboration with the relevant internal teams.
Coordinate with MBU team and Factories to make sure that all delivery of products is on track with sales requirements and schedules and facilitate logistics as needed.
Facilitate regular meetings with project team members to identify obstacles, resolve issues, and foster collaboration and learning.
Manage the change enablement process throughout the project duration.

Efficiently, accurately and regularly report on project status.Manage and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
