Job Description

The ideal candidate should have ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. They should have previous experience (at least 3 years) in F&B industry.Must have background in project management, financial management and operational management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must. The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, strong ability to multitask, and should be comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments within the business.Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability; ensure that the operational Food & Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product, and the highest financial return
  • Work together with the owner and restaurant managers in the planning, directing and coordinating of restaurant operations
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Oversee and manage profit and loss of the business
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with laws and regulations
  • Represents the restaurant in any event or any media relations, when required
  • Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business
  • Responsible for enforcing the agreed standards for each restaurant/outlet by conducting and managing monthly audits
  • Oversee the planning and execution of special events to ensure success
  • To negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Develop and recommend the budget, concepts and objectives and manage within those approved plans
  • Implement and maintain food & beverage sales & marketing programs
  • Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with the Municipality regulations and standards
  • Performs other duties related to the function as assigned by the Top Management
