Job Description

We are a well known and established real estate company located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.We are currently hiring and looking for an Operation Manager to join our team. The candidate must be experienced, creative thinker and updated with all new ideas and technologies within the real estate market.Job role and responsibilities:

  • Management of daily operations.
  • Maximizing company?s profits and efficiency.
  • Developing and achieving company?s strategic goals.
  • Monitoring the growth of the company and developing plans and goals to achieve.
  • Monitoring operations costs and ensuring all costs are kept to a minimum.
  • Monitoring and overseeing all departments operations.
  • Arranging and providing all trainings needed to develop employees skills.
  • Research and develop new strategies, methods and technologies to increase and improve company?s efficiency, sales and approach.
  • Equip new employees with all necessary knowledge and training and practical skills to work within professional standards and requirements.
  • Develop and update training calendar and training methods which must be always arranged and improved accordingly.
  • Determine information on various strategic action plans and reviews for the departments.
  • Develop and improve policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer-service standards.
  • Supervise and administer the sales and leasing administrators and ensure that they meet the company?s goals.
  • Conduct operational audits and ensure processes are in compliance with corporate policy.
  • Prepare daily operational reports for the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Work effectively with the Chief Executive Officer to implement various cost effective policies and procedures and help maximize the revenues thus enhancing the profitability of the company.
  • Generate new ideas and strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  • Regular market research and quality assurance.
  • Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies like Dubai Land Department, Rent Dispute Committee, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense to ensure that all the revenue generating departments adhere to the set legal framework governing the real estate laws of Dubai.
  • Manage and implement new IT and Technical systems and softwares which can help improve the efficiency of the business by reducing the turnaround time to deliver business.
  • Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding and keep abreast of the new laws and regulations of the local and international property market and being aware of the current legal issues of the country specifically pertaining to the property law.
  • Implement necessary checks and balance to mitigate operational risks across all departments and to ensure the best interest of the company.
  • Ensure alignment of the department?s policies and objectives in line with the broad corporate policies and procedures.
  • Arrange regular meetings to assure all work standards are met.
  • Arranging regular management meetings for approvals from the CEO.
  • Maintaining a professional company structure appearance.
  • Maintaining company?s confidentiality standards.
