Job Description

A reputable and growing pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for an?Operations Manager?to be based in?Dubai, United Arab Emirates.?The main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain connections with governmental authorities
  • Conduct field visits and sponsorships in order to support the implementation of network expansion strategy
  • Monitor the implementation of company policies and governmental regulations
  • Working closely with Network Development and Store Design teams
  • Work with the finance department to prepare an estimated P&L.
  • Manage and lead the assigned team
  • Monitor retail operations
  • Review and monitor budget allocation
  • Support new business development
  • Ensure key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels are met
  • Support in Human Resources (HR) operations and transactions in the region
