OPERATIONS MANAGEROur client is a rapidly growing e-commerce meal kit company who are looking to change the way people cook and eat forever and to achieve that they?ve invested in hiring the best people and creating the best systems.The company is currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead their operations efforts. The ideal candidate will have a large central kitchen, supermarket dark store, or meal kit background in operations. Experience with goods in, goods out and production functionalities.The operations manager is responsible for all elements of their operations: the performance and growth of the kitchen team, analysing and developing operational strategies, and implementing new projects that address the needs of their growing customer base.MissionThe mission of the Operations Manager is to consistently achieve an OTIF score of 99.5% by Q1 2020.Accountabilities, Goals and Outcomes? OTIF ? Achieve 99.5% quarterly average monthly meeting customers? expectations: theright fresh, high quality ingredients delivered on time within 6 months? Labour costs ? improve labour efficiency by 10% within the first 3 months by reviewing all processes and effectively organizing the kitchen teams? Launch two new delivery days with 3 months of starting? Implement all initiatives in the product development pipeline within agreed timelines
