Our client is now recruiting for an?Operations Manager experienced for Courier industryDuties and Responsbilities? You will play the key role in the management, control and direction of Outbound, Inbound and Reverse Logistics area of Operations? You will ensure that the operation complies with all policies and procedures relating to Security, Health and Safety? Supervise and manage the daily operation? Responsible for team building of the companys personnel, and conducting work guidance, training, supervision and assessment of personnel at various positions on a regular basis? Develop operation process, supervise operation quality, control operation cost, improve service quality and efficiency.Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree or above, major in logistics or any related field? Minimum 5 years experience in the same role or an equivalent position with 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry and 2 years leadership experience?
