Select and manage external contractors / suppliers
Procure products, materials and services and obtain minimum 3 quotations per job
Recommend preferred supplier, achieve cost savings and KPIs by job/project & within agreed timelines
Grow the business through the addition of the right Retail pop-up/stores, and ensure execution excellence across the stores
Fit-out of new stores and?dismantling of old ones.
Constantly look for opportunities to reduce/optimize store related costs.
Prepare & maintain the shipments calendar and manage Logistics with Fright-Forwarders in UAE and the Factory
Arrange all relevant shipping docs and share with relevant parties (e.g. SASO, COC attestation)
Ensure?on-time preparation and submission of all Government related paperwork to authorities?as well as Visa renewals for Employees.
