Job Description

- JOB DESCRIPTION -?Job Title:Operations General Manager (OGM)??Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing daily smooth operations of entire Company?s business, finance, manning, administration and growth.
  • Develop strategies and plans for projects accomplishment, works schedules, adequate manning is consistent.
  • Design and implement strategy for set goals for short term and long term.
  • Maintain operations budgetary, supplementary expenses and resource allocation and management for all departments.
  • Oversee and initiate regular technical audits to identify areas of overall efficiency & weakness, recommend and implement strict improvement for cost controls, work completion time-lines and employee discipline.
  • Carry out daily or regular management & technical meetings with management teams and site teams for compliance with time lines, deliveries and efficiencies.
  • Present monthly P & L reports on overall business, cost and projects accomplishment.
  • Take charge and be accountable for all operational and daily expenditure cost.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant local Laws, acquirements of licenses, permits etc. Policies, SOPs respectively.
  • Facility Management skills.
  • Directly oversee Department Heads for execution of Company & Management instructions, monthly reports, Policies and SOPs.
  • Instill strict controls on Managers and Supervisors of project sites carry out regular skills training for employees to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Meet with current and potential clients/customers and carry out needful expectations.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company?s products/services addressing or predicting clients? objectives
  • Ensure productivity and rewarding schemes are compatible for employee motivation, accountability and development.
  • Efficiently address and resolve any internal conflict between employees or breach of policies without exposing Company and management to potential risk.
  • Be the focal point of command and communication center of the Company and EVP.
