Job Description

Position Title: Operations Executive amd CoordinatorEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commissionJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading group in the Marine Services Industry handling maintenance and supply of equipment, based in Dubai.

  • Oversee vessel scheduling, maintenance, and service delivery. Coordinate with port authorities, vendors, and clients to ensure timely operations.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international maritime regulations. Implement and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular audits and drills.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of operational activities, including service logs, compliance documentation, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
