Job Description

Tasks will include:

  • Order management from different online platforms (B2B & B2C)
  • Order management from different physical retailers or businesses
  • Coordinating order delivery & cash collection with 3PL
  • Creating invoices for B2B orders
  • Master data management
  • Pricelist management
  • Stock tracking & reports
  • Writing basic product description
  • Manage our own website, product listing, keyword optimization, etc.
  • Maintaining product catalog
  • Customer service, managing emails, whatsapp & calls with our B2C customers
