Job Description

Position Title:Operations & Development ManagerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 30K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A well-established Energy business under a strong group of company, promoting green renewable energy based in Dubai

  • Be the primary contact point of assigned customers or fleet and be responsible for the customer relationship, overall contracts performance.
  • Manage customers, including warranty obligations, service agreements, and spare parts and services orders to drive customer satisfaction and meet expectations with respect to safety, quality, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement execution plan to achieve contract profitability
  • Manage orders plans, safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks. Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE.
  • Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage service orders and activities.
