Position PurposeEffective coordination of assigned international and domestic shipments with a high level ofcustomer service and communication.Responsibilities / Duties / Functions TasksCoordinating Air, Sea and Land Operations for Import / Export.Track Project KPIs closely.Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.Daily planning and scheduling of all assigned pickup & deliveries and orchestrate deliveries tomeet customer demand with little to no delay.Utilize the companys preferred vendor list and rates to best price and route customer shipments.Organize pickup & delivery of assigned shipments through effective communication with shipper& consignee.Understand customer requirements and ensure consistent operations and customer service level.Regular communication with customer providing shipment status information, reporting delaysand additional costs.Daily review of active job details and related quote in order to identify opportunities for extrarevenue and additional pass through costs thereby increase overall profitability.Continuously communicate with Move One offices in order to relay and provide necessaryinformation / documentation for every shipment.
